Building Stronger, Smarter Athletes—
Welcome to the first official post from Those Who Hustle! We’re excited to launch this blog as an extension of our mission: To support individual athletes on their journey to the elite levels of their sport by providing world class teaching, training, support, and technical analysis.

Why We Started Those Who Hustle
Elite level competitive swimming isn’t just about laps in the pool—it’s about combining athleticism, power, precision, drive, and discipline. We started Those Who Hustle because we saw a gap in how young swimmers trained, and a disconnect between what it takes to be elite and what people think it takes...
Our goal is to bridge that gap. We offer:
Advanced strength, power, and speed programs tailored for the needs of all youth athletes, not just swimmers.
Video stroke analysis that breaks down technique in real time to make immediate and lasting improvements
Support for athletes beyond the gym, pool, court, or field.
We believe that hard work, done with purpose and precision, is what separates good athletes from great ones. And that’s what we’re here to help build: excellence through hustle.
