​Those Who Hustle Strength Training
The Those Who Hustle Strength Training program is designed for teen athletes of all sports who want to build real, transferable performance.
Athletes can attend training sessions one class at a time based on their availability—making it easy to add high-quality strength work into an already busy training and competition schedule.
​
Each hour-long session focuses on developing speed, power, strength, and explosiveness through purposeful movement, sound technique, and progressive training. Our experienced coaches emphasize athletic development that carries over beyond the weight room, helping athletes move better, train smarter, and perform with confidence.
Sessions take place on Saturdays at CrossFit Huntersville and are conducted in a supportive, high-energy group environment that challenges athletes while meeting them where they are in their development.
